At Kiwi Wood Shavings, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of locally sourced, clean, untreated wood shavings. If you need to return a product, please review our straightforward returns policy:
Return Window:
You have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in unused condition.

Refunds will be issued promptly, typically within 2-3 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a replacement or refund.

We accept Visa & MasterCard payment types. Your transaction will be billed in New Zealand dollars.
Credit Card Payments
If you are paying by credit card, you will be asked to submit your credit card details during our secure checkout process. You will receive an email from us to confirm your order. A record of your order can also be viewed via your account profile on https://kiwiwoodshavings.co.nz.
Payment for your order is processed as soon as your order is submitted (plus any delivery charges).
If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of your order, and we may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.
